As part of the Online RTI 2.0 Portal roll-out, and to ensure a smooth user experience, you are requested to log in using your existing (old) password. Upon login, the system will automatically prompt you to change your password as per the new password policy.

Under the Public Authority Nodal Officer login, the -Password Reset- facility is available for all users (PIOs/Appellate Authorities).

Nodal Officer can also update the details of PIO(s) and Appellate Authorities.

As part of the upgrade to Online RTI 2.0 Portal, all active users are required to reset their passwords in compliance with the new password policy.

Password Policy:

  • Minimum 8 and Maximum 16 characters in length.
  • Must have a combination of Alphanumeric and special (!@#$%^&*) characters.
  • Must have at least one lower,one upper, one special character and one number.
  • User must change the default password during initial login.
  • New password cannot be the same as your old password.
  • Valid for 60 days.
